Named after its major street - Marina Drive - with homes along the Oakland Estuary. These homes on the estuary sport deep water docks to accommodate sailing and more yachts. Landlubbers will be more inclined to appreciate this somehow almost isolated niche of very nicely kept up pre-60's homes.
